Long story short, employers have been bought out, new owners' network policy says we can't have Office 2007 because they won't support it on their network.

Need to roll back to 2003 and pronto.

Problem - only got two discs.

Got two dozen retail 2007 packs purchased by my predecessor.

MS won't 'swap' them for 2003 keys because they are retail packs.

Can't find 2003 ANYWHERE.

What's the best option?

We need 25 installations...

Cheers,

I would have thought that they do come with downgrade rights - did you try just once? Microsoft call centres are notorious for differing opinion for different call centre workers.

Microsoft said:
Which 2007 Microsoft Office system suites are eligible to downgrade to Office 2003 suites?
Customers who have licensed Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 are eligible to downgrade to Office Professional Enterprise 2003 and all previous versions as described above. Customers who have licensed Microsoft Office Standard 2007 are eligible to downgrade to Office Standard Edition 2003 and all previous versions of Office Standard Edition.

Doesn’t state whether that’s network keys or retail, wouldn't of thought it would matter :s

Project pro = Project Professional? If so that should also be eligible.

Edit* hang on - FPP = Full Package Products as in... retail?

Any reason you can't sell the retail packs, buy corporate office 2007 license then downgrade.
