Can one copy of the new Office 2007 be installed onto 3 computers within the EULA and license in the same way that Office 2003 can? Tried to find the EULA for 2007, but not on Microsoft site that I can see.

OEM I would be sure that you couldnt, but retail is the question. Also the Student one can you upgrade a previosuly purchased student one with a new office 2007 edition even if you have since stopped being a student? And how strict will they now be - their definition of student/teacher is far laxer than Adobe for instance.

As a non student or teacher you wouldn't be licenced, but there is no technical prevention.

I can't find a copy of the EULA on Microsoft's website at the moment, but I'll keep looking.

I am a pharmacist as as part of my job I am an NVQ tutor to some of my staff. The previous academic license was purchased by my wife who was doing a Masters degree at the time.
