Office 2007 converters?

My girlfriend has created a Word doc on Word 2007, she is now wanting to open it on my laptop that has only the crappy 2000 version!

Is there any way of converting this file? Or opening so that she can at least get the data?

This is from Microsoft... install this and it will allow you to open all 2007 office files in your version

Bare in mind that it won't necessarily look exactly the same, some formatting differences may occur. It's much better to save as a 2000/2003 document on 2007
