Office 2007 Features

What are the main feature enhancements over Office 2003? We are mainly looking to integrate SharePoint Services soon to be portal server and looking for the new features within this?

There's a lot of programmability within Office 2007. It's fairly easy to add custom tasks and write workflow related apps.

Also, there's a ribbon bar!

I'm currently implementing office 2007 and Sharepoint 2007 for better integration... I will let you know how the trail goes, we are rolling it out tomorrow to some test users.

All I know is it deprecated a ton of our charting code as 2007 doesn't have Office Web Components. So we are porting it to the new charting libraries in Sharepoint Services.



Other than that, it's got a slick and rather good GUI although it does take a bit of getting used to considering the GUI it replaced has been with us ever since Office v1.0

Yes please - I'm using office 2007 with sharepoint services at the moment so I'm halfway testing it but want to be able to show our users the main features in 2007 over 2003/2000.
