Office 2007, License question

I have two copies of this with 3 licences on each, i cant remember which has two remaining on them, is there an easy way to find out. I only have access to one of the computers its running on.

I dont want to invalidate one copy by using the key again, any simple way to find out?
 
I don't think the OP has an issue there, it's more a case of seeing which one has two current activations on it for his own PCs. I'm not aware of any way of doing this to be honest, although if you're worried about license technicalities, I suspect you may fall foul of them regardless if the PCs aren't in your possession?

I should be ok, there all on family machines, just that we dont live in the same house all the time.
 
So theres no way i can enter the Keys and it tell me. What happens then if i use the licence once two many times? Will it just stop working?
 
personally (and this is not the correct thing to do)

id use either of the keys, worst case you will have to ring MS and do a phone activation..
