On previous versions of office, i.e 2000, 2003, if the file associations went wrong I could fix it quickly and easily by running the command "excel /regserver" from a run prompt. For Office 2007 this does not work, it just opens the application.
Is there a similar procedure for Office 2007? I am aware I can change file associations manually (we are still running XP) but some of the advanced options are easiest changed by simply re-registering the file extension.
