office 2007 update problem

hi ya,
ive just got office 2007, omg it looks sweet :) but i have one little problem is that it want to download the updates, tho i have about 50meg of my download limit left untill tuesday, and if it download them it will go over and i will have to pay more :( and ma mum will not be happy, lol i know im sad. what i am wanting to know is how to set windows from stop auto updating just office 2007 so i can just do it when i want, e.g when i have my limt back

if it help i seem to rember when i install office 2007 there was a option to turn office updater of, but i can not find it in the setting in word, have looked every wear, i would just reinstall it but would take ages and plus would losses my setting :(

You need to turn automatic updates off via control panel, as Microsoft send updates for office via the same method as vista & IE updates.

Or select the option "Check for updates but let me choose whether to download and install them"
