So i have just replaced 70 PCs in the office. They have very little other than office, Bitdefender and chrome installed.
A handful of PCs seem to be suffering from slow opening office programs. I thought it was an issue with signing into office (we are on office365) but the connection seems to be fine and the AV isn't reporting any events.
The first office program takes a while (30sec-2mins) to open, any after that will open instantly as long as one office program is already open. I have checked to see if there any additional add ons and have ended the processes that aren't on the process list of other machines which are functioning correctly.
It seems like a fairly simple issue but i cant seem to figure out where to look next. I believe the issue is still related to signing into 365 but I don't know what else to try.
