Hoping someone can help.
We use Office 365 and we want to add an [email protected] address which simply forwards onto some or all of our 365 Exchange mailboxes. But we don't want a mailbox for the info account.
I've created a contact with the info email address in 365 - and I've figured out I can get that to forward to an external email account - like my MS Live account but I can't forward it onto a 365 mailbox. When I include one of our addresses I'm told the alias already exists (or something to that effect!).
Is it possible to forward emails to a 365 contact onto Exchange mailboxes in the same domain?
