office 365 all acounts inbox how?

all our macs seem to do this automatically

but for the life of me i cant get any of our pcs to do this


anyone care to share?
 
the mac version just combines all the inboxes in one, bloody brilliant when you have 9/10 inboxes to manage, i suppose its just what you get used to.

for the life of me the exact same software on windows i cant get it to offer the same setup
