Bit of a new one on me.
Last week we performed a successful sync of AD through the Azure platform ADFS with DirSync to O365. All users, bar the odd one or two made it up there fine. We ran an Exchange migration for a few users and most went well, however, one of the users now shows in the deleted users under O365. I've finally managed to find a way to remove this user from O365 (forced) but now the user won't resync from on premise AD back to O365.
I'm guessing there is some sort of attribute flag set but I can't seem to find it anywhere...
