Office 365 doesn't work on 3 network

Just tried Firefox browser..same problem. Reset the network settings didn't help at all

Also uninstalled PIA VPN app..

Nothing.

Strange
 
Now the Google play is unusable.

Any suggestions?

Its working perfectly on PIA VPN on 3...so something wrong with 3 then?
 
im connecting my phone to my computer (USB tethering) with network cable disconnected

ran some pings

then enable PIA VPA on computer (still on USB tethering)

so looks like 3 network is having problems
