I purchased a subscription to office 365 small business premium as I was hoping to sync email and calendars etc. This still isn't happening but that may be sorted when finished.
I'm about to promote a member of staff to a night manager and so will need to add a user to office 365.
vidahost are currently looking after my email needs. But what do I need to do to get my emails, calendars etc the same on my devices.
My office pc is different to both laptops etc and I could do with the calendar on my SGS4.

Currently I have had to set up each device to access all my email accounts separately.
Any ideas what I need to setup/ subscribe to in order to sync across all my devices and share files between my new manager.
