Office computer spec

Hi all,

Looking for a spec for an office based computer for a friend.
Will be used for standard word excel stuff and then photo bits but nothing serious. main requirement is small and quiet and very good longevity.

Just a base unit required all the other bits they have. and cost isn't an issue just something practical.
