Not sure if this is the right place, but our business comprises of 7 computers all running outlook express via a BT business line. im looking for a way to update all the computers with emails from others
example:
computer 1 sends 5 emails, computer's 2 through 7 need to know that computer 1 has sent those emails and be able to read them.

now im currently stuck with using Synctoy but the only way that is is possible is one way sync eg: comp 1 > comp 2, but it is not possible to comp 2 > comp1 at this moment in time. If i do that then it wipes the emails comp 1 has sent and just replaces it with comp 2's, i already had to delete comp 2's .dbx files and mirror it as comp 1.

any ideas? its driving me nuts!

TBH you're really going to have to look at a proper solution. Maybe look into a hosted MS Exchange service. Then you will be able to share mailboxes, view other people's mailboxes/calendars etc, and have other features like Outlook Web Access and connecting PDAs to collect your email.

Yup, Exchange - a nice SBS solution. I'm guessing there's probably no proper security, central file storage etc either....

What about hmailserver, its free and does the trick for most of my customers, and its pretty easy to setup.

Exchange is a brilliant piece of software but if your only looking for a small setup with low running costs then i would look at hmail
