Office / Internet 22"

Been out of the PC hardware scene for some time. I now need a 22" monitor to couple with my 5 year old Radeon 9600. I only need it for office / internet and will sit 30" away.
I beleive the choices come down to the Iiyama E2201 and either of the Samsung models. Technology on monitors is something I know nothing about. I have always had and been happy with Iiyama.
Technical help, advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

the main thing you need to understand about monitor performance is the panel technology being used. you can read about different technologies here, and also this might help you understand all the listed specs. To save you time, all the current 22" market are TN Film based and all quite similar so that's a start. the Iiyama E2201W and Samsung SM226Bw / 2232BW are all good choices really
