Office / Microsoft 365 visual refresh?

On all of my other Windows 11 devices I have the visual refresh of Office, but on my new PC I don't have the visual refresh.

This support article is old, you cannot enable it manually as the instructions mentioned, but I just wanted to highlight what I'm talking about.

Do I need to do anything? I've tried re-installing Office to no avail.

Yeah they’re identical versions.

Both of mine were originally Win10 upgraded to Win11

New laptop with 11 already on and the new UI was there from the off.

Might be something to do with it?

It seems there’s an issue with the visual refresh update.

I upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on one device and I never got it to work too.

I reset the PC in question from above and the visual refresh popped up before any updates, so it seems very hit and miss.
