Office monitor recommendation?

Hello wise monitor gurus of OCuk.

I’m looking for a 34” ultrawide (3440×1440) monitor with PD to pair with a MacBook Air for office work. What’s the consensus on the best make and model these days?

I’m not looking for OLED, anything over 60Hz, built-in speakers or any bell/whistle I’m afraid.

Budget probably around £500?

I don’t think there is going to be much different at the office monitor end of the market, I’m a bit old fashioned and would probably go for a Dell due to good experience with their units in the past. Having a quick look at their offerings looks like this would be over budget.
I think an important question would be what input and features are important to you?
Think the general consensus is to steer away from OLED for purely office type work.

Have you used an ultrawide before for office work? I found I was getting neck strain from scanning across the the screen.

Are you after flat or curved? I think Dell only do curved ultrawides now - they're normally my go-to for office monitors.

The Gigabyte M34WQ could be worth a look.
