Is it possible to build an ok system for £200? Most likely matx

Needed:
CPU
MOBO
RAM
PSU
Case

Planning to run the monitor through the MOBO. Already have a Hard Drive and OS.

Basically needed to run a database, check emails, open attachments, word processing etc.
I have a build in mind but want to see what you more experienced users suggest.

In the end, I went for this. Turned out I did need a HD but went for a small SSD as everything in the office is ran on a server,
