Couldn't the OP just go i3 Haswell which supports up to 3 monitors and something like a B85 motherboard without even a need for a graphics card?

Well I know that Haswell integrated GPUs support up to 3 monitors and that motherboards with B85 and above (think only two monitors for H81) support multi monitor too, just no idea how well it all works in practice. However, yes no need for a graphics card for an office machine. Hopefully someone can confirm how well iGPU works with more than one monitor.

asus H81M-Plus has dvi/vga/hdmi so should be able to manage 3 monitors, ive only ever used hdmi on mine..

for office you dont technically need a graphics card, a lot of your every day ones dont, i just put it in there to make up the cost and just incase the intel graphics wouldnt be up for the jobs in hand.

H81 only supports 2 monitors so worth spending a little extra seeing how the CPU can handle 3 and OP may potentially use up to 3 monitors.
