office politics

how many people have to daily deal with office politics. sometimes I seem to forget I am actually there to do a job with constant agro and mind games I get from people at work.

That is in this particular job.

Previously, suffered with politics, quit/changed jobs to get away from it all

If you are a worker, self-employed or employed, manager or general employee, there will always be office politics.

To 'get ahead' you have to play the game well.

Not really in my office, but theres a hell of a lot of it that goes off in the rest of the organisation :/

None in my new job but last one had tons of it going on, councils seem to be terrible for it!
