Office sweepstake advice

I need some expert sweepstake advice! I'm going to be running a sweepstake on the Grand National this weekend for the office - but what should I do if we don't get enough people to cover all of the 40 runners?! I had enough trouble persuading enough people to get a Cheltenham Gold Cup sweepstake going...

Should I just exclude the worst runners, and only use them if enough people want in?

Help!

offer the leftover horses around. Some people may want to buy two.

you cant really , cos if a horse wins that no one has then its all been a bit pointless

Yeah, I had to double up on the Gold Cup to get enough people in - I think this time maybe I'll persuade a few more of the non-gamblers into sparing a single solitary pound. Intimidation tactics might come into play
