Looking good.
Glad I am not the only one who BBQ's year round. Even snow doesn't stop me, kind of have to really you can't really smoke stuff in the oven. Just waiting for pork shoulder to be on offer again and I will smoke another load.
Plenty of videos of Canadians BBQing amongst 6ft snow drifts. I want one of these http://www.bbq-huts.co.uk/ doesn't really get cold enough here though I don't think, you would probably cook sitting in there.
