For some reason I cant get the new 24h2 to do a fresh install. Its saying a driver is missing? Guessing it cant see the nvme for some reason but its visible in the bios.

Made the USB in rufus. I've tried different USB ports and another USB stick and get the same results.

B650 ASUS tuf wifi on the latest beta bios. 7800x3d

Any ideas would be appreciated. Cheers :)

Similar board B650-M TUF WiFi, I upgraded from 23H2. No disappearing NVME or other devices.

In setup do you see the drive you want to install on?

Press SHIFT+F10 to open CMD
> diskpart
> list disk

You should see the USB plus all other disks.

I'm not gonna rush to get this on. Will wait for you beta testers to give feedback first
You've failed to understand how MS release patterns work. The changes that we know as 24H2 have been on your machine since March. "Normal" users have been feeding back to MS for the last 6 months before the release cadence in October. That is why H2 is released across all editions, as MS already know it's pretty much fine give it's been in use to anyone patching their machine since the start of the year

If you have Windows 11 fully up to date then you already have the AMD CPU performance boost, It was released a few weeks ago.

awesome, i just updated to the latest update before I tried for the 24H2, it was quite big and took a hot minute to install, so hopefully thats the performance update!
