Damn, these Nvidia cards are good. Nice score Locky, could you run it again with Physx off?

I'll be getting my new 24" Dell U2410 today from OC :D and will be able to run the Xtreme bench to stretch the 5970's legs later on. Anything over 8K will do me.

EDIT: As of this afternoon, the Orb section of Futuremark is down and uploading of scores not currently possible.

Got my new monitor & pleased my PC can run 1920x1200 easily. Though I do wonder what a better CPU will do to the scores (another 5k?).

[ Without PPU ]
GPU - 13,609
CPU - 10,898
X Score - 13,442 Proof (will add later)

The nvidias here are damn good at scaling upto 2 GPUs - still well worth doing but anymore is overkill. If I didn't own a 5970, I would certainly buy a couple 580's despite the power/heat issues simply on these screenshots.

In some other benches I've seen, the newer 6870 CFX is fractionally ahead of the 5970, and thats just using the (slightly older) 10.10 drivers which are now bringing them up-to-date to the full potential.

Now where are those 6870 CFX benches?

^ Don't think GPU physics is disabled. Score will be more like 35k or something

Give it a try disable PPU or something in the options
