Lot of hype surround this card due to it being similar to the 7970 but at a better price point.

Thought i'd create this thread ready for reviews to be put into.

Looks nice. Anand says it trades blows with the 580 but when it wins it wins big. Overclocked it beats the 7970 by 2-10%

Word of warning if you are buying one - all the cards are non reference so the variation in the coolers is massive, the top end XFX card ends up being louder than the reference 7970

Yeah im interested in getting hold of the Asus DirctCUII card to see what that is like.

The XFX DD we had does get loud, but we really did push it to go that far, and if you are pushing it and gaming, you generally will have some form of audio from your games.
