That stat is always slightly misleading....they were only 4 wickets down, could have made any score!

Stats are meaningless in this, its not a normal game of cricket and it will be won or lost on a decision of when to declare*.

Fair enough.

Players are back out again now. I hope Clarke pushes our lead higher. I don't think our bowlers are capable of skittling England fast, even on a 5th day pitch. And the Poms will be playing for a draw.

It's a case of over balancing now, Australia need to declare and leave themselves enough overs to skittle us out but not so many that we can easily chase their score.

It's a shame about the weather tomorrow.
