I take it i'm still the only one to of found and "used" the Unstable Teleport Plasmid

Just played a couple of MP games, i quite liked it! not as "serious" as other FPS MP, which to me is a good thing. I played Team deathmatch (forgot what they called it), trouble is, basically whoever gets the Big Daddy wins

After chasing it around and "touching" it a few times (5 or so I think it was, it appeared downstairs for me in that section) you get teleported to some wierd places that are very much like a certain section in the original Bioshock, and you get a Tonic :D
 
Yea, I just saved after it teleported its self out of the first couple of rooms it was in to come google where it went lol.

I unfortunately have phsio at 5 so need to head off to do that, but when I come back I'm going to hunt that little critter down! lol.

Liking it so far, but it is defo dumbed down from bio 1 in all gameplay, mechanics, graphics and atmosphere. Only thing better in 2 is that I got to go back to rapture :D

Still, fun and awsome game.

I wouldn't agree the atmosphere is dumbed down. I still find myself in awe at some of the set pieces - just like the teleporting bit I just did.

Whats truley annoying me at the moment is the gathering of adam, , haveing killed an elite daddy without dying, i set up 20 bolt traps hacked the security camera near the body and layed motion nades, i was still killed by a mob halfway across the room with a bloody shotgun and yet mine did little to no dmg on him ( both upgrades on it)

You will meet some other alpha daddies late in the game, when you see the bodies you realise why your so weak, you are pretty much a man in a diving suit, not a proper big daddy. This is my assumption for being 'weaker' than a big daddy but stronger than bio 1.

That happens a lot, you are fighting a daddy without getting hit much and suddenly half your life dissapears to a long range pot shot. It is annoying because as someone said earlier in the thread your supposed to be a daddy not a poxy splicer.
 
I'm wondering - does what do you do to the people you meet and the Little Sisters determine an event in the final level?

i.e. if you rescue the Little Sisters instead of harvesting them, you get the plasmid which summons Eleanor to fight at your side - or does everyone get this regardless?

Finished.

7/10 for me. Gameplay slightly improved all other areas lacking. Fun game bit of a **** to get through the last couple of levels but once I hit the 100 audios I didn't bother looking around any more.

I'd say searching everything out was about 20 hours ish.

Will start the MP tomorrow.
 
Just finished myself. I still don't fully understand what the story's about. :o

I must have missed loads of stuff out though. :confused: No trophies for the 100 diaries, the weapon upgrade machines, didn't complete research, plus several ??? ones which I haven't a clue about.
 
Anyone got the Master Gatherer achievement yet?

I've just over the 600 mark and got nothing? Presumably you dont have to get the 600 ADAM in one sitting?

I was thinking about this earlier when playing, I think it means in one, well, not in one, kind of in your ADAM wallet lol, without spending, so you have a total of 600 ADAM in your wee tube to spend.

I know, sucks, easy to do though, the level before dynosis or what ever it was called, when you are in that shopping area sort of thing, 3 little sis's to be found, all easy to do and easy to navigate, if you saved all 3, made them harvest 2 each and save them, you get a gift of adam, plus the big sis dropping 175, in total, you would have over 1k ADAM after a 40 min stint. I'm going to do it once I completed.

We'll I've got over 600 in my ADAM wallet and got nothing :(

Got two more Little Sisters to deal with on the level I'm on so fingers crossed the achievement will hit in once I've collected them as well
