Thought I read somewhere they had already got rid of most of the team just as it went gold or when the majority of the work was done? Don't expect any longer term support (not that you would given it's EA).

Thought I read somewhere they had already got rid of most of the team just as it went gold or when the majority of the work was done? Don't expect any longer term support (not that you would given it's EA).
I, like others, bought it despite the reviews because I love C&C. I thought I might be able to overlook the problems and enjoy it as I was able to do with C&C Renegade and C&C3.
It's a real shame that the Tiberium based storyline end with such a poor effort. I would have preferred it got canned rather than rushing something out simply to end it.
I hope the C&C torch is passed onto another team to work on.
It needs stripping back to it's roots like Crystal Dynamics did with Tomb Raider (although Naughty Dog did a better job with Uncharted
).
