The sp demo release is the 26th which is this friday:

First, I am sorry for the bad news - the Crysis single player demo will now be available everywhere on October 26th, 2007.

I feel this demo may well be make or break considering the hype this game has behind it.

I won't bother on release day. I'm not looking forward to this as much as CoD4 or UT3 anyway, and plus the debacle that was their demo releases has taught me to wait.

Its all hype but so far the initial magazine reviews ive seen have been all good, rating the game 92%+ so fingers crossed its as good as they say.

That crysis demo site isnt official. Someones trying to make a load of cash off of the countdown.

pretty cunning then, nicely made site, as it does look like it is ea endorsed, but at least it should provide download links if it doesnt crash and burn when the demo is released
