Hey all, can anyone confirm whether a retail copy of Chaos Rising can be added to Steam the way the original DOW2 could? I have a Steam copy of DOW2, and need to know whether I can mix-and-match with a retail copy of CR!
Anybody?

Should be the same since the Retails installs via steam anyway.

Aye, the retail copies automatically install to Steam anyway. It requires Steam.

Just bought the gold version of this with Chaos Rising. I know its a bit late to the party.

Not sure if I like it or not. Miss the base building aspect of DoW a lot. Not overly keen on the very Yank voices. Its OK but doubt I'll play it as much as the first.

Is it just the marine campaign? Windows Live is a PITA isn't it!

Yes and so is the expansion (I think so anyway, got bored and uninstalled from Steam) and yes Live has the potential of being a real PITA for some setups/users. Although the matchmaking is a lot better now than it was when DoW 2 first came out.
