3 clean sheets in 3 games and he has been peppered by Gerrard, Ronaldo etc and he just saves everything.

Highly recommended, playing behind a prem defence affects chemistry but he is still awesome.

I can attest to this. Neuer is just outstanding. It's a shame he doesn't add much to chemistry, but his contribution to the game nevertheless more than makes up for it. He's big, he's quick, and the kicks he propels down field are immense, he throws balls past the half-way line sometimes!

I think the woodwork took some battering off us. Dont no how Nilmars goal happened though but I will take it ;)

Cant believe I conceded 2 goals within 2 minutes to lose :(

Another one where the woodwork was rattled. Sure brazilians think its crossbar challenge. Dont have a clue how fabianos effort didnt go in :(

Hernanes has a right shot, I thought it was in then it bounced off the bar, same with yours, because it was raining it just hit the bar and stuck there in the grass :D

Thought I'd lose once you scored in ET like but got a couple of breaks finally after having none the whole game!

Another one to decide best of three mate?

I no, I think you went up and hit the bar straight after mine just stopped at a stand still after the shot.

In an effort to get some decent defence going on with the 3-4-1-2 I've ditched the BBVA defenders and gone for Brazilians.

I had to play Diarra in one match instead of Alonso because he got injured and I seemed to do a lot better, Diarra seems to get back a lot more, possibly because he's more pacy than Alonso. Unfortunately it does mean I have a few players that don't really fit in anymore. I have no place for Iniesta, especially as Messi seems to be doing pretty well in CF position, all of my previous defenders, any attacking minded CM doesn't really fit in although I might keep them in if I need a little more attacking thrust.

I'm also thinking of having Aguero up front to partner with Soldado instead of Villa. And part of me thinks maybe I should dump Messi and get some IF versions of the defenders, perhaps an IF Bastos and just put Villa as CF with Aguero/Benzema etc next to Soldado. :/

if your playing 3 at the back, you really need to have 2 pacey defenders at the sides and a huge one in the middle.

UP Silva --- Naldo/Lucio --- Maicon

would be a lot better

IF Ramires as CM instead of Alonso and Diarra

bring in IF Diego as CF (finesse shot is best in game and amazing passing / free kicks)

Dzeko (Wolfsburg) and any other bundesliga or Brazilian striker to partner him.

I suppose not, but Neuer has always been amazing for me, and so I've never really needed to let him go. Is IF Buffon that good?

I suppose I could get rid of Luiz and put Lucio in. I've not tried the IF Ramires, and I was thinking about Diego as he is quite amazing when I've had him before.

I suppose:

IF Buffon
Maicon - Lucio - UP Silva
Hulk - Kaka - IF Ramires - Bastos
IF Diego
Messi - Soldado

I don't really want to get rid of Soldado as he's been frankly the best striker I've had. And I've never tried Hernanes, so I can't speak for him.

Edit: Soldado is the SIF version, I forgot to put that in my last post.
