Official FIFA 22 Thread

What cam settings everyone using? I keep changing and cant make my mind up what i prefer.......

TELEB - is nice and close for dribbling but a PAIN to pass out of defence/dm to more attacking options so slows attack down (using minimap is okay but cant tell 100% positioning and lag for camera to get to person to control)

COOP - can move the ball around more freely - but feels like im playing with ants and much harder to dribble/tackle!
 
Gameplay is an absolute joke today. Opponents players warping around with the ball glued to their feet, every rebound lands perfectly back to them etc

Had one launch a 40 yarder against the bar, only for it to fall straight to their player unmarked in the box for a tap in.
had countless others where they just shoot into a crowd from distance only for it to land back at then for a 2nd, 3rd abd 4th attempt. getting ridiculous now.

also seems like its turned into a basket ball match and keepers are useless, just loads of high scoring games and stupid goals
 
God I enjoyed that. First weekend league and I finished with rank VI.

I like the new weekend league system compared to the older one. It's a lot less stressful with less games.
 
Just lost a playoff game on pens to a guy who had 0 shots in 120 mins. Online is just a worse version of Squad Battles at this point.

Edit: Got the 4 wins then went rat hunting. 3 of my last 4 games I took the lead, skipped the celebration then conceded and was given the full celebration and replay. Love that forfeits count towards qualification. Hope it ruined their day.

I can’t bring myself to play squad battles. Do it at the start for more coins but it’s mind numbing from the first minute the way the AI is coded on the higher difficulties.

George Best is the best card I’ve used this year, really does carry you in some close games. His finishing even with an OP defender on his shoulder is incredible. Can’t wait to try his PIM in a few months.
 
I had fodder so I did the mid Best SBC.

Also bought 91 Maradona and 90 Dalglish with my new found wealth :p

Maradona is brilliant, not sure Dalglish is a lot better than FB Benzema :o
 
Who’s done the best sbc and isit worth it? I’m very tempted but have untradable winter wildcard sterling whos good at most things except shooting.
 
This Best feels like the Fifa 17 one. Simply superb.
The winter wilds promotion has been fantastic for me. In a two man striker formation he can easily last 90 mins

Was sitting grinding divs 7 and 6 but now I've costed into division 4. Granted I've only been using first owned players.

My game play has been fine also but I'vebeen playing very early mornings.
