All the best drivers - past and present - have their flaws.

If you want a second rate driver, who tows the company line, doesnt moan and is easy to manage, then hire the likes of Heikki, etc. If you want a top of the line driver and want to increase the chances of winning races/points/titles, then hire the "crybaby scumbag".

I know which I would choose.

He does moan...a lot. He complains a lot, too.

The difference is that Ferrari have a fantastic management team in place, which means they can handle even the most volatile drivers and make them do things that other teams couldnt make them do.

In contrast (in 2007), McLaren, despite having the best drivers at their disposal, had the worst management of the top teams. This ultimately led to a disastrous season. 2007 is proof of what happens when management are 2nd rate.

Traditionally, Ferrari have always had strong management and know how to handle their employees.

I don't like using the term "2nd rate" as it sounds like derogatory term, but the truth of the matter is, all drivers cannot be top of the line. If you are a weaker driver than the likes of Hamilton/Alonso, etc, then you automatically get classed as "2nd rate", even though you are still a top quality driver.
 
Quick question guys, would you recommend playing racing games with an XBOX 360 controller for the PC? Thinking about a G27 for next year (I bought a G25 and loved it, but couldn't justify it at the time sadly :()
