yes it is on DCUII - fan default, no changes so it was 55-57% and 74-75C

Anyone used a 670 for 3d vision yet? and if so did it give enough grunt for good frame rates while in 3D mode?

What are temps like with x2 windforce cards. Ill eventually be adding another myself. I had windforce cooled 460's in my second rig, but due to poor case airflow, (akasa eclipse 62) and board spacing, (asus p6 x58 de) temps were very high on them. My current bitfenix shinobi xl is ok for airflow after swapping out the stock fans, but still not as good as my Lian Li A70F.

what was your temp difference between the top and bottom cards?

My top card hit 96c, bottom one hit 89, even with a custom fan profile. My gtx 470's, (reference cooled, and notoriously hot cards) hit 74-71 in the shinobi xl, 70-68 in the A70F.

470'S in shinobi xl

460's in the eclipse

The 470's are on an asus p6t deluxe v2 mobo, very good spacing for multi gpu's.

Very interested to see how 3d vision works out for you, the sole reason I sold my 7970 was to try it out.

yeah i'll be posting quite a few results for 3D, been using it well over 2 years now.

just tried BF3 64 player caspian, was running 6060x1080, 90 fov, 2xmsaa, post off, hbao on, rest ultra and smaa injector@ultra, averaging 45fps at stock clocks and [email protected], gotta go out though

Just bought a KFA2 OC GTX 670 and ran it on BF3 with no Vsync to stress it a bit. Using afterburner to read info, i'm getting temps of 72oc on 98% GPU usage running at 1176mhz, mem at 3005mhz.

Does all of this sound ok, or running too hot wrong clocks etc ..

That sounds about right to be fair If you have afterburner open try setting a custom fan profile to keep things a little cooler. But 72c is hardly a disaster

It's quad data rate, so it's 1502 x 4. Though most cards actually tend to run at 6010MHz.

A bit to low mate, mine was 1229 out of the box and when hit 70C 1215 MHz

Should this card go back then you reckon ? .. Also, if the Mem is X4 then surely mine is only running at around 750mhz ??

Us folks into mITX little monsters have been praying to the gods of speed for a card like this!
That's a Thermalright Shaman strapped on it's ass

Nah its well within its listed spec range.

What temps are you getting with the shaman strapped too it?
