I thought it would be easier if I had the reviews in one post instead of several posts in the other threads.

Will add more as time progresses.

I'm not sure I 'get' the 660ti. Seems to fall a fair bit back on the 670 at higher resolutions especially. Certainly takes the 7950 out but the price needs to drop to more like £200 for it to be worth not getting a 670 instead.

Its hard to say if you start reading the reviews. Both Anandtech and Toms Hardware think the HD7950 competes quite well.

Unless you are overclocking the HD7950,the GTX670 seems better overall(plus that can be overclocked a reasonable amount too).

If this was a £200 GTX660TI against a £290 GTX670 then would be great. It isn't though.

The GTX660 should be under £200,but supposedly this will have 960 shaders.

Where is our modern day 9800GT or HD4850 for under £150?? :(

Just read some of them. AMD have put themselves in a very nice place for these upper mid level cards it seems to me. Perhaps I was too quick to say Nvidia had it after reading one review with Nvidia favoured games. For what I like, AMD has a nice place indeed.

Still, on the UK market being at most £50 behind the cheapest AMD 7970 or cheapest Nvidia 670 the 660ti in my opinion does not fall into a good price point. These 7950's and 660ti's need to fall right down to sub £220 to be worthy considerations, as if I spend that much on a GPU (£250+), I want something mighty good. It's just too close to the high end cards price-wise.

yes there are, the evga ones are ;)

I want this one :D

The power edition 660ti can overclock so well due to having unlocked voltage, that it can match an overclocked reference 670, which doesn't have unlocked voltage.

I like the price of the 660ti power edition due only to the fact that you get borderlands 2 for free, meaning that since I wanted that game anyway, I saved about £30 making the 660 £230 for me effectively

I've seen reference palit/gainward and pny cards listed at a competitor now I've looked, but I think the evga has a large heatsink underneath doesn't it? idk

The framerates and benchmarks in the reviews are all over the place, in bf3 the averages @1080p range from 45-80FPS (and most of the test setups are similar). :(
Not really sure why that is...

Different forms of AA?? The Toms Hardware review uses 8X AA in many of the tests IIRC,although I would check though.

Also,I noticed that depending on the area tested in BF3 the relative positions of the cards can become closer or further. However,it can be the same for many games.

Make sure you read all of the reviews though.
