I thought this deserved it's own thread as it is surely the biggest released demo so far on Playstation Network.

I checked the UK store an hour ago and it has not appeared yet.

Im going to check at 10 am same time as they updated last week, It may be later though as its going to be released at the same time (ish) on all the PSN stores. Its the GDC build demo not the new one shown at E3, it wont be a complete reflection of the game at least it will gives us an idea.

As long as it plays like a next gen God of War with no jaggies, I don't think I will be disappointed.

I bet it wont be here till the afternoon evening time, or it will appear just after i goto work at 12 so ill have to spend the next 10 hours hearing all about it :(

Remote play? I am gonna check for it at lunchtime and if it isn't up then i will be leaving it set up for remote play and dial in from my PSP baby :D

Does this work over the internet now? If I had known I woudl have bouht my psp to work and I could have started the download remotely.

Are you sure you can browse the Pplaystation Store remotely?

Yep :)

You can browse just as you would on the PS3, and queue up a load of downloads so they're ready for when you get back
 
this is where i buy a PS3 - i think this is the only game i want to play.

that and God of War 2 (even though its a PS2 game.....)

Yeap you can browse the store check your messages and friends list etc, only thing you cant do is play games.

Works over the internet and it isn't complicated neither, after you have them 'paired' as it where like before, you basically sign onto the PSP with your PSN details and et voila you are browsing your PS3, it's quite nifty. Hope it works with the m33 firmware on the PSP though lol
 
Slightly off subject here...

But off to the states soon and was thinking of picking up a PSP, is the PSP region free as such would I be ok to pair this with a UK PS3??

Also are the games region free?

Sorry for the small change of topic but the remote play just makes me want one more :D
 
Yeah it is ok, i have my JAP PSP paired with my US PS3 and it all works hunky dorey.

The games are region free, but UMD movies are ment to be region coded, but i don't know if they do use this or not, only have one UMD movie and that was cos i got it cheap.
 
I reckon the demo will be up tonight. The store usually gets updated in the evening on thursday anyway.

It looks like that, doesn't bother me that much, I am at work now and will go out for dinner tonight.
