**OFFICIAL** HTC endeavour - 720p quad

This thread needs **OFFICIAL** in the title!

Looks a good phone anyway; unlike most people I like what they've done with Sense 4.0 (visually anyway) and the phone itself should be a beast. Might look at getting one to replace my GNex... if I ever get a new job that is.

Ugh what is with the capacitive buttons. What a complete waste of space. It will be nice to see HTC on top of things again. But something tells me that upcoming Samsung devices will eclipse this.

Might start looking at this to replace my HTC Desire. Had it since launch day nearly 2 years ago and out of contract since last Sept :o

Nice... I've still got a few months before i can upgrade. Well it's in July that i can upgrade. Last 18 months been on a Sim only deal. So if thats out then might go for it.

Nice, my Desire contract is due for upgrade in the next few months, Still stuck on what I should get tbh, Out of the loop on upcoming phones really.

4.7 inch!!!!

That's gonna be one massive phone, almost in the Note's league.

4.7" inch + capacitive buttons and the bezel isn't exactly minimal. Not for me.

HTC's design department should all be shot - the back looks fugly and the front is from 2010.

And Tegra 3 is hardly anything special with A15's around the corner. 32bit memory bandwidth makes it lesser than a exynos.

2013 for A15 based phones you can actually buy (Apple could surprise, maybe Samsung but I'm sure we'll see die shrunk A9 based SoCs this year from those two)
The HTC Ville looks very interesting though... The 28nm Krait, huge battery(?) and qHD screen could be a killer combo (esp when overclocked)

redesigned it.. x]

+ the original picture name has "mockup" in it so id say this is no final/confirmed/htc design at all :)

Yeah well I heard they had patented the the design of a communications device with a microphone at one end and a speaker at the other.

And the transmission of sound from one persons mouth to another persons ear. ;)
