I have a Coverbuddy and smart cover on mine and it fits the Belkin sleeve with ease. I'd imagine all but the bulkiest of cases would still fit, although that's not to say it's overly large or the iPad would rattle around inside it at all.
 
Finally got my Incipio Lexington after ordering the damn thing on April 22nd. Ended up having to pay a customs charge of £12 for the sod too.

Got home today and unwrapped it all, admired the build quality and then bugger me they STILL haven't resolved the sodding magnetic cover issue. So essentially there are Lexingtons with working and non-working covers out there. Obviously I have the latter.

I'll be buggered if I'm sending this back to them so I've sent an email requesting advice. I've shoved it back in it's box and have gone back to using the working £20 Invision case from Amazon instead.
 
That's shocking.. they still haven't got it sorted!

STM had the brains to stop orders at customs and get them sent back when they realised there was a issue.. Yes it took weeks for them to get back into the country but it happened.
 
So I got in touch with Incipio last night and stated that I was somewhat dissappointed that they still had not sorted their production issues out regarding the auto-wake feature.

They immediately replied stating they were sorry and would send me a new Lexington with a working auto-wake function free of charge. They also told me to hold onto my existing one in the meantime :)

Support was top notch as I expected tbh. It's just a shame the excitement out of getting one was killed off due to the length of time it took to arrive, and the fact that my £20 Invision case from Amazon does the job perfectly.

Edit: Just received my Lexington replacement and the autowake/magnet works just fine. Despite the superb customer support, they still shouldn't be shipping non-working cases really.

Right - finally taken the plunge and ordered a new iPad (doubtless I will be wracked with buyers guilt later!). So....to accessories. Several people have mentioned the Invision case as being good - for that style of case (i.e. front and back cover) are there any alternatives worth consideration?

Also - could anyone recommend a good type of screen protector - mainly one for deflecting 6-year-old Clangerette fingerprints :)

The stylus is a surprisingly useful and nimbler digit, I wasn't going to get one but it was bundled with my case anyway as a promotion, now if I ever lost it I'm sure I'll buy another to replace it.
 
Without looking through the whole thread, is there a good site that shows some of the custom cases with comic characters on it or anything? I'd love a Batman or Ironman sleeve or something computer or gaming related. Any suggestions?
 
Hey guys, not sure if anyone still keeps up to date with this thread but after a wee bit of advice.

Just got my new iPad a few days ago (woohoo). Here's what I want:

Folio style case but no wrap around on front of screen
When case is open it acts as a stand
A case that clips closed

Some have what I want but the front cover is a smart cover and doesn't clip shut. The STM Skinny is exactly what I'm after but I don't wanna spend that much! Cheapskate I know :(

Anyone know of a case like the skinny for less cash?

I've just bought an iPad and haven't had one since the original iPad many moons ago... First time round everyone was raving about dodocases are they not so good any more for the later models?
 
Hi guys, I just ordered a new iPad, with a leather smart cover. As far as I know the cover just protects the front and not the back.

So I'm looking for something to protect the back when its in my bag, stop it getting scratched up and marked, etc.

Quite cheap but reviews suggest its okay, and for a £4, I might just order one anyway. Just wondered if anyone has any other suggestions for back covers that work with the Smart Cover.

That is what I've got and must say it is top quality, it feels really soft and nice as well to hold and I've had quite a few compliments with some people going for expensive leather backs feeling this and being like they prefer it! Also clips into the smart cover meaning that it won't come off either.

That looks really nice, but does it work with the iPad 3? says its for the 2nd one so I'm hesitating to order one!

I got one of the cheap clear frosted plastic/gel type back covers today (saw one linked in another thread), which is nice. Will do until I find something nicer.

Edit 2, well I've gone ahead and ordered one for delivery tomorrow, reviews suggest its the same case but for the 3rd iPad! thank you for the recommendation!
