If its retail you get 3 years if its OEM you get 1 year. And we have no clue what the Intel TIM could do over a long period of time.
You probably would have luck pushing memory higher on 3570K, but it's not guaranteed.
I have only been able to get 2000 with 1.625V (granted have tightened timings a lot) stable on my 3770K with the Samsung Green. Whereas I could run the same memory at 2133 without issue at 2133 with just 1.425V when I had 3930K and Rampage Formula board.
I don't believe memory scales much beyond 1600 on sandy bridge, and about 1866 on ivy bridge in any case.
I have not seen a SB that cant be tuned to work well at 2133mhz DRAM clock or an Ivy that can work well at 2400mhz + most do 2600+ easy. SB-E is easier to tune than SB as the latencys are inherently longer and the IMC have improved since SB.
Ivy has strong IMC every chip I have tested has strong IMC at tight timings.

where is the info on the box what version is that?
product code bx80623i52500k,is that 2 first letters stands for boxed???
so i got retail,it came with intel fan...Well basically it tells you the version when you buy it... if it comes with a fan then you got a retail chip if not it's OEM.
