I was just about to post this. Watching through it now. So far it seems that max voltage is around 1.25V-1.3V with a max frequency of around 4.8GHz, with these chips.

Edit: He's using a Corsair H60, so I guess you may be able to squeeze a bit more out of it using the best air-coolers?

It's not much of a step from that to "You don't stability test because it's not stable."

As for people struggling to get over 4.5... early indications seem to be that the ES chips are not as good as the retail ones. Too early to be definitive, but it's encouraging.
