does anyone know where I can get replacement?
Sony don't do them.
Look for a broken/cheap one of these..
Original Sony Ericsson Bluetooth Haedset HBH-PV702
That may help as the hook is the same.
Infact just looked everywhere for one and all the replacement ear hooks are out of stock (for the HBH-PV702).
