*****Official Star Wars: The Old Republic Thread*****

According to someone on the Swtor forums the normal edition is priced at $59.99 which works out about £37 which doesn't seem too bad.

Compared to the Betacake screenshots, i have a feeling that Captain didn't have the game maxed out.

If you did, then there is some massive inconsistencies between the betacake shots and yours.

It has been said that Betacake only show the ones that show SWTOR in a positive light soo..

According to this which is supposedly from a French store, a standard edition is going to be 61.99(~£55) and a collectors edition is 174.99(~£154) If that is true, I don't think I'll be getting the game at all.

EDIT: Pre-orders expected to start tomorrow.

Surely not??? £55 for a normal game?? Thats almost twice the price of a standard PC game, and then monthly payment on top of that?? If anything because it has a monthly payment the original box should be cheaper than a normal PC game rather than more expensive.

These two seem really cheap, I got the clues for all the others except these 2(Also as OcUK don't stock it I think you might be allowed to talk about them directly) could you give me some more hints? I would like to get the game as cheaply as pos. thanks.
