Nice result Raven, id suggest upping your cache/uncore frequency a touch, this along with ram oc'ing may generate a bit more.

Well after complaining lately about my move to Kingston beast ram, I seem to be bettering all my benchmarks with it installed. Guess they were worth the hassle after all.

Not really fancy pushing the core anymore untill it's all underwater, but can anyone tell me if playing with the secondary/third timings help get the time lower?

Welcome to the club mate.:)

Strangely the last score i entered was with my ram on its XMP setting, (2400, 10-11-11-31, 2T). On previous attempts on theese settings i could never break 7min. Nor with the ram at 2600mhz, 11-13-12-31, 1T. Iirc it scored the same 7m.04 as the xmp setting.

Thanks setter ;)

I think the ram plays a big part here. This new MSI board has some excellent features, especially for the ram. You can use the "try it" option and set a C9/10/11 performance/compatibility setting, the interesting thing is it apply's changes to the sub settings also, tightening them right up which is key in this prog. Though the extra 200mhz might of helped too. :p
