*****Official Things we BOUGHT in January Thread*****

If you have small hands and don't palm grip you will hate the deathadder. I had one and I have small hands and like to claw grip. Deathadder was just way too big and heavy for me.

I have small hands and I do palm grip. I think it'll just take a few days to adjust to it but we will see. I do agree that it is quite heavy though. I could be wrong but I didn't see any difference between the original Deathadder and the black edition apart from the colouration of the mouse so I bought this one and it was iirc around £20 cheaper at the time so it wouldn't be a huge loss of money if it doesn't agree with me :)

EDIT - I am only assuming my hands are small because my old mouse was smaller in comparison. I reckon I do have smaller hands then the average though.

What's the head on the guitar? Makes all the difference as to how I judge you xD

My first RC car since 1988:D

Not the fastest, not the best but it'll do for pure fun!
Battery is on the first charge so I can't play with it until tomorrow:(

Should have gone petrol :p much more fun, although costs are a bit high I'll admit....

Crucial M4 128GB.

On the back of an enormous amount of recommendations in the storage forum. I'll spam the life out of them if they're wrong.....;)

Yeah they are pretty solid drives. Although hilarious they're now developing problems

Rooney, Nani, terry, van persie, all shiny badges bar 4.

Getting another box next week.

Shall spend a few hours Saturday sticking them all in :)

Does that not ruin the fun of the stickers? Surely you're missing out the fun of saving your pocket money to buy 1 or 2 packs at a time, and finding the elusive shiny Man Utd badge or whatever after months of searching. Then trading the slow kid all your rubbish doubles and tripled for all his good players.

Buying them all in one fell swoop is fail. Especially since you aren't 8.

I remember when shootout cards were 30p a pack. Me and mate put 10 pound each towards, well, a lot. 66 packs or so the calc is telling me. Barely fit in 1 carrier bag, damn we had a crazy afternoon. Used to love shootout cards! :( They were actually pretty cheap too, actual nice card, some of them shiny, for 30p and I think you got 9 in a pack.

The noise of petrol cars really annoys me, and I couldn't have a mess about in the back garden without feeling I was really hacking my neighbours off. Plus, as you say, the costs are much higher and I don't plan on racing.

I've taken it for a spin a few times and it is so much better than the Tamiya cars I had in the late eighties! Brushless motors are just fantastic and the battery life of the new NIMH sticks far outperforms the old NiCad sticks I'm used to!

Very happy with my toy:D

The fun is in the opening, the smell and the sticking.

I Get more money now so can afford more packs :)

How much did that little lot set you back??

I've just got a Blu-Ray player and there's a few movies in there I'd love to add to my Mahoosive DVD collection, but I want Blu-Ray like you!! :)

They were all pretty cheap, got 11 of them from the rainforest for £80 odd and had a £25 voucher so came too £5.25 odd each which I was pretty happy about.

the rest were from a £4 and £8 highstreet store bins.

Got a blueray player for xmas after mother had said "oh the blue rays are more expensive than dvd's", quickly advised her that they arnt mostly and some of them come with the normal dvd's and download as well!

On another note, Picking up the lancer tomorrow from post office and got the orginal one on ebay yesterday!

Here is the image of my fully (partly) stocked bookcase. £15 from Argos. Bargain, the Frankie Boyle autobiography was £3 and a rib aching read, can't stop laughing, he is a funny man :D. The Charlaine Harris books were £20 for all 10 of the True Blood series...
