Well my copy arrived a day earlier than expect, which was nice.

Just installing at the moment.

Package includes:

World in Conflict 10 day trial version, including disc.
Timeshift manual, H.U.D. layout, weapons listings, a few characters, multiplayer details.
A separate piece of white paper, same size as manual with the key on it. (who's silly idea was that! )

Once installed, it offers to get you the latest video drivers for you.

Total disk space used 3.17GB.

Now off you try it out...

EDIT: Hmm, it tell me patch 1.01 is available and takes me off to the website, only for it to tell me that it's 'Coming Soon'

ahh i didnt think it was out until friday, let us know what u think there was a massive imporvement between the 2 demos's that were released. but i wasnt overly impressed with the later demo, everything seemed a little to shiney to me.

Well so far I've done a 'training' type level, which wasn't very good, as it's just showing you the basics and you don't have the timeshift functions. After that, it's the level from the recent demo which looked pretty much identical.

I just wish I had something better than a 7800GT, because it's really showing it's age now.

The game makes some use of the G15 keyboard, showing bars for both health and energy.

Some screenshots (resized of course ;))

I'm looking at getting this but I saw on a site I was reading a review on that they have changed the time control functions so you no longer can choose whether you can pause, slow, or reverse time like you could in the newest demo. Instead the review said you have a single button that chooses the best time function.
Please tell me that's a load of bull?

It's the same as the recent demo, one button to that chooses the best, and 3 individual ones for reverse etc.
