Me neither, have to look for something else to replace my Nests I need 3 of them as well, living room for the Log burner, dining room/kitchen and one upstairs.

How do I check if WAN is exposed?
I don't think I'd have specifically enabled it at any point, but I do have the ability to check my various UDM Pros at a couple of sites through the official UniFi app, so I'm not sure if that counts?
I do have VPNs set on them for directly connecting to those networks though to check locally stored non-unifi CCTV footage.

Regarding smoke/fire detectors, I've considered using the AJAX ones previously (seeing as the nest line is pretty much dead), which they're on version 2 of now (not sure I'd trust V1 of a smoke detector from any company until they work out the kinks). They have some mains powered options in their residence line.

Thank you. Looks like it's disabled on my UDM Pros, and is a separate setting from 'Remote Access', which I presume is what allows me to access them from the UniFi App.

Has anyone deployed Unifi Talk along with a number of G2/G3 handsets (either Talk Relay or their 'PnP' setup; third-party SIP trunks or Unifi Talk Sub.) and if so, how have you found it? Any problems or issues to be aware of or features that don't exist? And is subscription locked and unlocked handsets still a thing? As documentation mentions it but it doesn't seem to be an option on the UK store.
There's a bit of talk in the office of replacing the current phone system (basic single number ring group to internal handsets with the ability to transfer calls internally and call forward after hours; no IVR, voicemail or anything fancy outside of that etc) and this is one of the ideas which would probably include replacing the existing gateway with something Ubiquiti for integration ease.

Anyone using 5G backup and have their DNS set to an internal resolver such as Adguard Home? If so depending on your Network Application/Gateway firmware version, you might find the 5G connection showing as down. This is because it tries to resolve ping.ui.com through the 5G WAN interface, and it can't reach the internal DNS server. As a result, the connection goes offline. The workaround is to change WAN SLA and add in a ping entry (to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 for example) and apply it to the 5G WAN connection.
