Pretty sure you can just grab them A+B and drop them on one of the icons which is for the Parade.

If you set them to mingle then they go of their own accord to people's parade. If you actually manually send one, it goes to the plaza.

I'm glad to see it works ! I don't have any random ones i made, even though i have about 15 in my plaza - all family members and mates - the ones my mates made are complete ****-takes so pretty weird !
