Thank goodness.

I don't understand how the drop rate of a liver from a boar was like 10 percent or something. All those poor boars alive without a liver. Killing them was a mercy! :(
 
Might level a dr00d troll tonight just to see the flow of new quests and also the new troll starting area. I did play a bit on beta and it seemed pretty nicely done.

As for why dr00d troll ? because its new and dr00ds are awesome ! oh also troll dr00d forms look freaking cool too :p

Although I might go troll hunter since I have always wanted a hunter. Since I already have a tauren dr00d mmmm but with cata coming might want to just do achieves and well grind the new pets.... deffo will have to get the new pets. I have 131 vanity pets now :D I was a sad orc to see no new collect XXX amount of vanity pets achievement tho :(

The RP reason was always it got damaged during the kill. Seen several crazy theories on how you were meant to kill a mob to get it to drop the quest item. :p

There are a few quests in the new troll area that wasn't 100% drop but not real low.

Or ones that said "Get one perfect pelt" you knew it would take about 20 kills.
 
I remember the quest where you had to get the er water thingy from the thorn dudes in Tanaris. The q to get noggenfoggen pots.

There was loads of theories that if you used a "blunt" weapon or your fists you were more likely to get it :p I still remember doing that q on my shammy and I was doing it for ages using a axe. I read that thought sod it what harm can come to try it so I equiped a mace and started killing low and behold the first kill with a mace the item dropped ! :p lol
 
Anyone else having issues with the wow installer?

Every time I start it up it says 'applying critical updates please wait' but does not download anything:confused: Takes about a minute then it allows me to start the game.

If anyone is interested in re-rolling at any point or starting new in the game have a look in the cata re-roller thread. The guild will be going live over the weekend so the more the merrier!

Yup still not getting it, leveling another druid 1-85 just because its got funky hair? Fair enough if you love leveling but i'd wanna level a class i hadnt got already.

PS whats wrong with the official druid forums, no one has posted on them for 2 days now and the other forums seem ok, locked or something?

I get this all the time, never really care just ignore.

Leave it for ahour when u have time and its done, not a clue what its doing tho.
 
I've got the Faded Wizard Hat from the Azshara quest line, it has a 30 min CD and changes you into a random race for 30 min. (You can switch back to your original helm after and keep the buff!)

Goblin is AWESOME, definately changing to that on the 7th :p

will look out for this then, i think im goign to reroll a troll druid. cba race changing my current one so ill let it just die off :p

As soon as Frostmane lets me in :rolleyes: damn queues.
 
I'm a little puzzled, is the game out or has the Cataclysm happened yet? I'm going to resub with the new expansion, and playing from level one through the new content, can I now do that if I sub now and download now, im pretty confused.
