I disagree, the XP increase does help in the long run but I shouldn't have to tell you that, it's simple fact.

As for usefulness in combat, they outweight anything else you're ever likely to find/quest reward/dungeon for a long, long time. Don't forget the enchants these items can use and others can not.
 
will guild rep work in the same rep as any other tabard? or will it be along the lines of
" your group must consist of only your guild" or "only when raiding with your guild" ??

I logged in last night when the Server time had changed, no free pet :(

I'm hoping there is one to follow as its most unusual not to get something.
 
Anyone know how to make an offline guildie the guild master? I have my own guild for my chars but want to delete the guild master...
 
As far as I know the person has to be online in order to do that. Have someone join your guild and make them guild master temporarily then transfer to your other char and promote that.
 
The mini Ragnaros pet is now apparently available in the Blizzard store. I say apparently, it's there but I tried to order one earlier and checkout wasn't working. :rolleyes:

Ragnaros was my favourite raid ever back in the day, so I need the pet. :mad:

Anyone know why some characters get this and others don't? I've seen others in guild get it, but nothing for me :(

Also, what's going on with server disconnects right now? I saw someone talking about some pet bug that's causing people to disconnect from certain cities, anyone know what this is?

If you check achivements you should already have it. Achivements you get when you log in dont pop up on screen like they do when you play, you just get notified in chat which could get lost in addon startup spam

if like i do you have some gibberish from addons in chat when u log in you might not of seen it but you should have it.

Can't believe WOW is sucking me back in. Think Ill forget my ROgue and level my Hunter in Cata. I'll miss his Eng though :(

Oh of course, not saying they don't help, especially in the long run they are extreamly useful. Not to mention the increased damage, more so for casters. +30 SP is insane :D

But to be honest, i have to say i only really wear them for the looks (im a sad man!) and the ease of killing things. the XP gain which were being discussed isnt that big of a deal. I still get to see all the content without skipping areas which is nice :)
